Its almost time for the fight scenes and Im all prepared for Juliane's next film. I wanna be in the perfect condition to face whatever obstacle being thrown my way. But physical conditioning is just one part of acting.. Emotional Conditioning is very important too as you would wanna capture the character. Live like the character, eat like the character, sleep like the character.... etc... that's my rules.. I won't mind being the character till the end of the shoot.. :P
This is an all time favourite Delt exercise. It builds over mass and strength for the delt
This is the least fav Exercise for the Delt due to weak rear Delts, its hard to use heavier weights
